ERIC JONES

PRESIDENT & PROJECT EXECUTIVE

With 20 years of construction experience, Eric has the organizational, technical, and management expertise vital to the successful delivery of building and development projects.  He has managed a variety of project types including commercial office, retail, multi-family residential, museum, tenant improvement, manufacturing, light industrial, entertainment production, education, adaptive reuse, large-scale art installation, and high-end single-family residential.

Eric has consulted to a range of clients, delivering their most important building projects on time and on budget.  His experience and skills include coordination of multiple consultants and contractors, guidance of municipal approvals, budget and schedule development and management, client reporting, and pre-construction services.

Prior to starting his own business, Eric worked at a prominent Californian project management firm where he was responsible for the turn-key implementation of major development projects for distinguished institutional and corporate clients such as Disney, LACMA, and Pepperdine.

Eric started his career with his family’s construction business, Peck/Jones Construction, a company notable for its portfolio of landmark construction projects across Southern California.  With experience spanning the business from estimating to day-to-day construction field management to corporate-level operations, Eric gained the skills that would take him onward.

MIKE JUNGIER

VICE PRESIDENT & PROJECT MANAGER

Based in Buffalo, New York, Mike is an essential part of the JCM management and development team. He has overseen the design, permitting and construction of multiple projects for JCM in California, Arizona and New York.

Mike is valued for his commitment to the needs and goals of our clients, as well as his ability to navigate both the technical and interpersonal challenges of each project. He believes these values are imperative to having success in construction, regardless of the size of the project. 

Prior to joining JCM in 2017, Mike was a Project Manager for the one of the largest home builders in the country, Ryan Homes. Go Bills!

GREG JONES

PRE-CONSTRUCTION EXECUTIVE 

With over 40 years in the Southern California construction industry, J. Gregory Jones is a seasoned veteran of the construction management practice.  As President of Peck/Jones Construction Corporation, he oversaw the operations of over 200 building projects totaling roughly 30 million square feet and $5 billion dollars.  He is an expert Pre-Construction Manager and a practiced Executive Project Manager.                                                        

Mr. Jones is a current and former member and director of several industry boards and associations, including the American Society of Professional Estimators, the County of Los Angeles Architectural Evaluation Board, Associated Builders and Contractors, the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), Rotary International, and the USC Architectural Guild.


RHETT JACOBI

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

With over 10 years of construction experience as a licensed contractor and management consultant, Rhett brings a wide range of building industry knowledge to JCM’s projects. Having earned a degree in Economics from the University of Vermont, Rhett followed his professional ambitions to Ventura, where he plays a significant role in the delivery of JCM’s Construction Monitoring services.

meghann percy

PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR 

Meghann has worked in real estate and construction for almost a decade.  Her experience ranges from commercial property management, construction management, re-entitlements and behind the scenes business management. At Jones, she uses her vast experience and versatility wherever it’s needed. Meghann grew up in Canada and made her way to California by way of a full ride athletic scholarship to NMSU, where she graduated with a B.S. in Conservation.
