Jones Construction Management (“JCM”) is a real estate development services company that specializes in representing owners and providing integral construction project leadership to institutional, corporate, and private development sectors of the real estate industry.  We guide the design, permitting and construction processes.  We provide our clients with detailed project reports, turn-key administration of construction contracts and costs, and issue resolution.

JCM has played a significant role in the management of more than $500 million and 2 million square feet of development and construction projects.  We have a presence in Southern California and Western New York.

LEGACy

The Jones family has been providing construction services for nearly 100 years, beginning with the formation of Jones Brothers Construction in 1921.  Jones Brothers eventually acquired another prominent Southern California builder, C.L. Peck Contractors in 1987, resulting in the formation of Peck/Jones Construction, a company noted for its portfolio of landmark construction projects across Southern California, including Hollywood Bowl, Beverly Hills Hotel, Capital Records Building, Great Western Forum, Reagan Library, airport terminals at LAX and Chicago O’Hare, and multiple high-rise towers.  

In 2008, four generations later, Eric Jones established Jones Construction Management to offer clients high-quality project management and development implementation services for their most important building projects.
